EA has promised a fix which will return sims to their correct appearance, so I'm going to wait for that before doing any troubleshooting. While I haven't seen reports of deformations in the body, it seems likely to be related if it only appeared after the patch. There's a known bug in the latest patch causing deformations in the eyes and mouth when body sliders, including butt sliders, get near maximum. I'd be willing to send you a screenshot of the glitch if you care to see it! The problem doesn't appear to be a conflict with any other mod.

I just tonight completed a proper, comprehensive 50/50 mod elimination process, including deletion of the cache file and resource.cfg file between each subsequent removal of mods, until the ONLY file left was your V3 butt slider.
